• You are responsible for the content you publish on your Pomyly page.
• Do not impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.

• No hateful, harassing, illegal or infringing content.
• No spam, malware, phishing or deceptive claims.
• Only upload files you have the rights to share.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant Pomyly a limited license to host and display it so we can operate the service and show your page at your Pomyly link.

Pomyly is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain the same over time.

You can stop using Pomyly and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new updated date.
